Disciplines: UI/UX, website design, identity and brand design, art direction

Our journey began by partnering with Sokya Health to design a landing page, and during a split test we saw a 265% increase in conversions with the new design.

This success dovetailed with a larger effort to rebrand Sokya Health to Headlight Health. In fact, many of the design elements from the successful landing page design were brought directly into the new brand identity – including the illustrative style, and the more muted, warm color palettes.

As part of the rebrand, I was responsible for the website redesign project. This involved stakeholder interviews, keyword research and information architecture work, wireframe and prototype design rounds, and finally a complete website redesign. The objectives for the redesign were to make the site more clear in its presentation of information and wayfinding, while allowing for a large breadth of new content (over 40 new pages covering various treatment types and therapy types) and conversion points like testimonials and service provider reviews.

We also built out a robust provider database that allows users to easily search for a therapist or psychiatrist in their state and filter by various attributes such as specialty, level of training and certification, and availability.

Print and physical marketing materials were included as well, such as business cards, conference banner designs, and a “step and repeat” for events.
