A new kind of social media aggregator

Layerframe engaged with Bobby and the team at Related Noise to develop a brand identity, video and templates for a unique new social media aggregation platform. The idea was to have a platform easily integrated into any website, blog, or content publishing platform.

Visual Branding and Microsite

The identity behind Related Noise needed to speak to the generation who was using it most, imply connections, and be simple, reproducable and timeless. Easy, right?

It took a few iterations to get it right, some of which were really good!

In the end we decided on a logo mark that was based on connection and could be animated in an interesting way:

Video Creation Process

Plus the team got to work on our very first animated video! It involved brainstorming a creative direction, then we created two separate storyboards for approval. After that it was off for Art Direction, with the talented Karan Singh at the helm illustrating. Finally we passed it to Paul Murphy for final animation, editing and voiceover direction.

Theme & Template Design

Then we worked with our friend Chris Lehr at Evol Studios to create several unique themes for each social feed - you could choose from five styles to make sure the integration matched with your existing website or blog seamlessly.
